How do I upgrade from FREE to PRO?

When you reach the 20-message limit on FREE plan, Cellify will prompt you to upgrade. Click "Upgrade to PRO" and you'll be redirected to Microsoft AppSource to complete the purchase. Upgrade is instant - no Excel restart needed.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! Cancel anytime through Microsoft AppSource → My Account → Subscriptions. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period, then you'll be downgraded to FREE (20 messages/month). No penalty or fees.

What happens when I hit the FREE plan limit?

When you use all 20 messages in a month, Cellify will show an upgrade prompt. You can either upgrade to PRO for UNLIMITED messages or wait until the 1st day of next month when your limit resets to 20.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes! EU consumer protection guarantees a 14-day refund period. If you're not satisfied within 14 days of purchase, email us for a full refund. After 14 days, no refunds for unused portions of billing period.

What's included in ENTERPRISE plan?

€15/user/month (10+ users minimum). Includes everything in PRO plus: 12-hour priority support, dedicated account manager, custom training sessions, volume discounts for 50+ users, invoicing, and annual billing option. Contact sales for custom pricing.

How does SCHOOLS plan work?

€10/user/month (50% education discount). Available to accredited educational institutions (K-12, universities, vocational schools). Includes classroom licensing for students and teachers, educational resources, and priority support. Email us with proof of educational status (e.g., .edu email, institution documentation).

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment is processed through Microsoft AppSource, which accepts: credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), debit cards, and invoicing (ENTERPRISE/SCHOOLS only). Billing is handled by Microsoft - we never see your payment details.

Are there any hidden fees?
